Challenging Times For Association Meetings?

In 2015 the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the program of "un-linking the chamber of commerce and the administrative organ of the trade association from the government". This is in order to achieve self autonomy of these trade associations and trade unions from the executive authorities; so as to promote the development of trade associations.

What does this shift mean to Trade Associations as they begin to reshape themselves to stay relevant? As more global confederations and federations have set up in China and more national associations go global for its market development and professional exchange. What will be the challenges and considerations in terms of policies, directions, funding, and talent sourcing? Listen to  our Panel of experts as they share their experience and learn from peers in this open discussion.

Moderator:

Alicia Yao, Deputy General Secretary, China MICE Committee of China Association of Travel Services
Panellists: David Song, Founder and CEO, Global Mobile Gaming Confederation

Join this session to discover what will it take to be on the Association list.
