Structured One-On-One On-Site Appointment Sessions

Our appointment scheduling facility is one of the reasons why the event continues to be an effective business platform for:

That is because we help set appointments with a higher chance of closing deals.

How? We make perfect matches happen.

In February Pre-Event Appointment Scheduling

Via our dynamic online appointment matching system. Illustration below is based on 1 set of appointments.

  • Exhibitors select 32 Buyers (MICE, Association and Corporate)
  • MICE Buyers select up to 35 Exhibitors
  • Association and Corporate Buyers select up to 20 Exhibitors

Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA)
are generated by computer matching in the following order:

  • Perfect Matches: Both Exhibitor and Buyer have requested to meet each other
  • Buyer Preference: Buyer has requested for the meet
  • Exhibitor Preference: Exhibitor has requested for the meet
1 week after PSA closes

Online Diary

For exhibitors and buyers who were unable to get their desired appointments matched successfully during PSA, Online Diary enables them to request for appointments directly with the respective party via a messaging function

Business Appointments Entitlement

Only For Exhibitors and Buyers (MICE, Association and Corporate)

With your appointments all set, talk business over 2 days (Event Day 1 and 2) during the Exhibition and Appointment Sessions.
Each appointment session is 20 minutes with intervals throughout each business day.

The following tables the number of appointments and thus potential sales leads that you can look forward to generating.
The breakdown of appointments scheduled pre-event and on-site is also included.

在二月份 展前预定商务洽谈安排

通过我们的在线商务洽谈配对系统,以展商的一套商务洽谈为例。

  • 展商预选32位买家 (行业、协会和企业买家)
  • 行业买家预选最多28位展商
  • 协会和企业买家预选最多20位展商

展前预定商务洽谈 (PSA) 将由系统完成匹配,顺序如下:

  • 完美匹配:展商和买家预选彼此
  • 买家邀约:买家向展商发出邀约
  • 展商邀约:展商向买家发出邀约
展前预定商务洽谈(PSA) 关闭后一周

在线日志(OD)

未在展前预定商务洽谈 (PSA) 匹配过程中完成匹配的展商和买家,可以通过在线日志(OD)直接向他们感兴趣的展商或买家发送商务洽谈邀约。

展会第一天和第二天 现场商务洽谈
通过现场商务洽谈,一对一地去会见您所感兴趣的展商/买家。

商务洽谈的权利

仅限展商和买家 (行业、协会和企业)

您在展前安排好商务洽谈之后,可以在展会第一天和第二天的商务洽谈时段内依据时间完成洽谈,每场商务洽谈时长为20分钟。
